cliqueclub presents The Mardi Gras Party - putting the fun back into partying in Kent

On a purpose built stage in the Ethos Courtyard we have a four piece Brazilian band and the usual quality DJs keeping the Latin beat pumping. Downstairs in the Club room two more DJs will play the latest House music, accompanied by bongo players and dancers. The games room will keep you entertained with an electronic surfboard and football tables. Sophia Stutchbury will be stretching those vocal chords like only she can. Jeremy Lynch of 'Britain’s Got Talent' fame (you no doubt will remember his unbelievable football skills!) will be performing throughout the night and the cliqueclub models will be on hand to serve you spicy canapés and exotic fruit. The survivors photo shoot will take place at 4am for everyone still standing and breakfast will be served between 3am and 5am for those who want to watch the sun rise!

Mardi Gras, which in French translates to Fat Tuesday, is officially the day before Ash Wednesday. The day is also commonly referred to as Shrove Tuesday or Pancake Day and can occur anytime between February 3rd and March 9th, depending on when Easter falls that particular year. But celebrations in America and across the world have grown larger with each passing year and now occur on any day of the year, whenever party-goers want to get together and celebrate life, culture and spectacle.

Mardi Gras today is about the coming together of various cultures to celebrate what makes them unique, uniting under the common theme of enjoying each other and having a great time. It's also a time to get rid of everything negative and create a new positive start.

Drunken decadence and unusual mating rituals are also part of the Mardi Gras theme - sounds just like a cliqueclub party!

And while it’s no place to bring the kids, you will need an extra roll of film for your camera to capture the models, drag queens and the frolics and fun that will be part of this next cliqueclub party!

Dress code; beachwear, bikinis, hot pants, sequins, glitter, feathers, as ever with cliqueclub - anything sexy goes!

cliqueclub events are also supported with unrivalled service and attention to detail to ensure our members and guests experience reaches further than just the event.

During 2009 anyone who purchases a ticket for any cliqueclub event will obtain free membership for 2009. Membership to the cliqueclub can only be obtained by attending one of our events and completing your contact information when purchasing a ticket.

Our themed events feature DJ’s, bongo players, percussionists, fashion shows, games, dancers and a lot of very sexy people enjoying over the top decadent fun!.
